Effective 15 May 2026 · Updated 30 September 2026 · Governed by the laws of India
These Terms govern your use of AtithiSetu — the hospitality ERP platform operated by Manhotra Consulting (Gurgaon, Haryana, India). By signing an order form, accepting an account set up for you, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AtithiSetu provides cloud-based software for hospitality operations — hotel property management and a direct booking website, restaurant point-of-sale, QR ordering and kitchen display, spa and Ayurveda scheduling, events and banquets, accounting and GST, inventory and procurement, staff attendance and payroll, customer loyalty and owner analytics. Where enabled for your account, it also connects to third-party services such as the Aiosell channel manager (for OTA rates, availability and bookings), payment gateways and delivery platforms; those services are governed by their own terms. The modules and integrations available to you are set out in your order form.
You own the data you upload — menus, recipes, customer phones, orders, staff records, hotel guest profiles, photos. We act as the data processor on your behalf, using your data only to deliver the service. You can export your tenant data at any time via the in-app exporter or by emailing support; on cancellation, you have 90 days to export before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Gurgaon under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement (failing which, by the Delhi High Court). Subject to arbitration, the courts at Gurgaon have exclusive jurisdiction.
